Maria, it was a pleasure writing this blog post. I was happy to show the necessary steps to take for those who wish to make game-changing initiatives within their company, and to encourage them to do so. I am excited to hear from people who believe that today is the day to make a difference, and have grabbed that pen and napkin to jot down their initial thoughts. I look forward to seeing some of the success stories and lessons learned from this experience maybe 4 to 5 months down the road. Thanks for your comment and stay tuned to see what happens next.

Thank you for putting together such a thoughtful piece. In our work we see that companies are continually lagging the trend. It's not until the recession or major expansion hits that they get serious in their planning efforts and put a focus on them. Using the backbone you have outlined above will help make sure they do not miss the opportunities as they come with the upcoming expansion.
